Diamond Ring FAQs

Why are your prices so much better?

Lab Grown diamond jewellery typically has an insane markup. We work directly with diamond suppliers and jewellery manufacturers, getting as close to the start of the chain as possible. We simply place less markup than other NZ jewellers do. All our diamonds above 0.5ct are IGI certified.

Our Lab Grown diamonds used in our rings are D-F color (considered the colorless range by gemstone graders), meaning perfectly white.

This depends purely on size and budget, although we’ve aimed to make diamonds as accessible as possible and take budget out of the equation.

1 carat and 2 carat have always been very popular, but we would suggest looking at style first, size second, as jewellery is all about personal expression, not a number competition.

Oval, Marquise and Pear cut diamonds have a larger table (top up) size than the other cuts due to their elongated shape. Giving a bigger look than more compact shapes like Round or Cushion.

Yes! Diamond rings are only considered engagement rings if they are on the ring finger. It is VERY COMMON to wear diamond rings on other fingers, and even multiple rings (known as ring stacking).
